## Third-party frameworks & IP
Framework and standard names are the property of their owners and are used nominatively
only. Some frameworks are copyrighted or licensed (e.g. ISO, TOGAF, HERM/CAUDIT);
Blockwerk cites and links them and never reproduces their licensed text. Where a skill is
bring-your-own (e.g. herm-mapper), you are responsible for holding a valid licence to the
underlying framework.
