# Blockwerk — Terms of Sale & Use

These draft terms cover the sale and use of **Blockwerk**, published by **Haus9**.

## 1. What you get
- **Free bundle:** the free-tier skills (currently `adr-author`, `c4-model`, and the
  bring-your-own `herm-mapper`), provided at no charge.
- **Paid bundle (pay-once):** access to the paid catalog of original skills, including
  **private-repo access and updates**. Skills stay current primarily through runtime
  framework grounding rather than shipped framework text.

## 2. Licence to you
Haus9 grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the skills for your own
and your organisation's work. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-licence the paid

## 3. Payment & access
Payment is handled by our checkout provider (**Polar**). On successful **pay-once**
payment, you are granted access to the private repository. *(Legal/finance to confirm

## 4. Bring-your-own framework skills
Some skills (e.g. `herm-mapper`) are **bring-your-own**: they require you to supply your
own validly licensed copy of a third-party framework (e.g. HERM, licensed by CAUDIT under
CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). You are responsible for complying with that framework's licence,
including any NonCommercial and ShareAlike terms. Haus9 does not grant you any rights to
third-party frameworks.

## 5. Third-party IP & trademarks
Framework/standard names are used nominatively; their trademarks and copyrights belong to
their owners. Blockwerk cites and links licensed frameworks and does not reproduce their
text.

## 6. No professional advice; no warranty
See `DISCLAIMER.md`. The skills are decision-support tools provided "as is"; to the extent
permitted by law, without warranties. *(Legal to align with the Australian Consumer Law
and any non-excludable guarantees.)*

## 7. Liability
